Ananommi works closely with our in-house team in overseeing the production line from start to finish.
We also maintain visibility on apparel produced from beyond our studio walls to ensure ethical measures and fair working policies are in place.
We release our collections in small batches. Once these collections are exhausted, there won’t be any replenishment.
Pre-Order
Pre-order is the reservation of a selected item that is either new or in production but not immediately available in stock.
By pre-ordering, you can purchase selected items in advance or one-of-a-kind items made just for you.
Pre-order items will have their own shipping window, and may be subject to change.
Why pre-order?
Three words: Conscious Shopping Practices.
Through your pre-orders, ananommi is able to reduce waste in the production chain, as the selected items or one-of-the-kind items won’t be reproduced in the future.
Shipping
Orders for in-stock items will be processed and sent out within 1-3 working days from the time order is placed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the corresponding tracking information. You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account.
For domestic delivery, please allow up to 4-7 business days for the package to be delivered. For international orders, expect your package to be delivered within 8-10 business days. Please note that the delivery times provided are estimates, not guaranteed, and are subject to change during sales, peak season, public holidays, or severe weather conditions.
As of now, we are only able to ship domestically.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the shipment will be scheduled in two separate phases.
Domestic Delivery : You will be charged for shipping fees only once, even though orders containing both in-stock items and pre-order items will be dispatched at different times.
International Delivery : To expedite shipping, consider placing separate orders for purchase of pre-order items and in-stock items as they will be shipped together.
Returns
We accept returns for local orders for the time being. You can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order, with an additional 14 days to return the package.
Please contact us before you return the package and ensure all items are in their original packaging and in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered and without defects or stains. Include a copy of the invoice with the return.
The cost for returning your order will be at your own expense, unless the item you are returning is faulty or incorrect.
Sale-items, made-to-order items and international orders are not eligible for return and refund.
We reserve the rights to refuse any returns that do not comply the return policy.
Exchanges
We carry our collections in limited quantity.
If our inventory allows, you can initiate an exchange request by contacting our team. In the event we are unable to accommodate your request, we recommend requesting a refund.
In the unfortunate instance of damaged or defective items, please initiate an exchange request within 14 days of receiving the package. A reimbursement will be provided for both delivery and return charges.
Sale items, made-to-order items and international orders are not eligible for return and refund.
